WILLIAM HOGAN: What motivates us is seeing our clients get a good result. We enjoy seeing our clients come in with an expectation and that expectation be met, whether it's in a business negotiation or whether it's in business litigation. We're motivated to give our clients service based on integrity and fairness. There are two lawyers here at the firm, so we give personal attention to the cases. Also, we have a broad depth of resources here to give them the same type resources they would get from a bigger firm. We sometimes will bring in other lawyers from other firms if that's needed.
JIM GILREATH: I think what sets our firm apart is first of all our background. I majored in accounting in undergraduate school, went to law school and then I went to NYU Graduate School of Tax Law and got a master's in tax law. Bill Hogan is about to finish his graduate degree in tax law. That brings a lot to the table that a lot of other lawyers don't have. It also gives us an insight into virtually any kind of transaction or case you get into because taxes affect everything. So we bring that to the table, which I think is something that a lot of firms don't have to offer.
